Measure your room:
Before embarking on major works, it is first of all important to measure the space available to install your office. Indeed, this will allow you to have a more precise idea on the type of office and the size to adopt. Furthermore, a well-appointed room and tastefully decorated, increases the productivity, the creativity and so the quality of your work.
Small tip: do not hesitate to add touches of color to bring cheerfulness and vitality to your office. You can play with colors on the walls to delimit the spaces but also with accessories: pencil holder, shelves, lights, etc.
Define its utility:
Here is our advice!
For daily use:
First of all, if the space in your room allows it, we advise you to opt for a sufficiently large tray. This will allow you to both work on a computer, write and have storage for better organization. A spacious office will allow you to work for hours in a comfortable way and to spread your ideas everywhere to let your creativity and your ideas speak.
Little tip: for even more space, make a corner desk !
The choice of materials? All tastes are allowed: wooden top, chipboard, glass, recycled plastic, terrazzo, marble. Regarding the feet, we recommend steel feet for more strength and for an industrial aspect that goes well with any type of interior. In addition, our metal feet offer ease of attachment and maintenance. A few screws and a damp cloth / sponge and you're done!

For the dimensions? Regarding the length of your desk, it depends only on you and the size of your room but we recommend that you choose a top of 150 cm minimum. However, note that for the width of your tray, at least 80cm are necessary to have a flat screen computer. Also, for optimal comfort a distance of 40 to 70 cm between your screen and your eyes is highly recommended.

For a computer office:
Do you only spend a few hours sitting in front of your computer screen and don't see the point of having a large desk? You can opt for a 120 x 80 cm top. This will allow you to have a functional office but without taking up too much space.
For manufacturing, once again the choice of materials is up to you. However, we advise you to choose a tray with a minimum thickness of 2,5 cm for more strength. You will be able to fix any type of feet. For example, our hairpin feet “Strong” or “Original” are perfect for desks 120 cm long and will give an original style to your desk while ensuring good stability.
For a back-up office:
Does a console desk exist? Well, yeah ! If you opt for a top 100 to 120 cm long by 30 to 50 cm deep, you will get a console. We recommend this type of support for people who only need an extra desk. If you are more often standing than sitting, it will be perfect for you.
This office, both functional and practical, will allow you tooptimize space in your interior. It is therefore ideal if you don't spend a lot of time sitting at your desk or if you don't have a lot of space. Plus, the day you don't need that desk anymore, don't throw it away! You will only have to remove the chair and it will become a small console on which you can put decoration.

Place to manufacture:
Once your idea is in mind, all you have to do is assemble your table top and table legs together.
materials needed:
- 4 “Strong” legs 71 cm
- 1 wooden board of the desired dimensions
- 1 screwdriver
- 16 screws (supplied with the feet)
optional materials depending on the type of tray:
- 1 sander or sandpaper
- varnish or paint for finishes
Step n ° 1: The plateau
First of all, if you go for a wooden tray, make sure it is in good condition et smooth to avoid splinters. Otherwise or if you wish a more natural and raw look, we recommend that you sand it using a eccentric sander or abrasive paper.
Once this first step is done, do not forget to varnish it to protect it from stains, traces and to facilitate its maintenance.
Step 2: The feet
Then, once the table top is dry, turn it upside down and arrange the table legs. Then, using a pencil, mark the drill holes on your board. This will make it easier to attach when the time comes.
After marking the landmarks, take your drill and a bit. Indeed, for each of your creations, we advise you to pre-drill your tray before fixing your feet to keep your table top intact.
Once the pre-drilling is done, all you have to do is attach your table legs to your tabletop!
